This 4815 Myacht was rebuilt in Missouri at the Tracker Marine factory during 2008. Moisture in the walls caused problems and Tracker had the integrity to transport, disassemble, and rebuild the structure from the deck up.
Appliances, engines, the flybridge, and the 8KW Onan generator (213 hrs. with Gen Set controls) were installed by Tracker during 2003/2004.
The two 2004 Mercury 60HP four stroke EFI outboard engines makes this houseboat very versatile, fuel efficient (two 50 gallon tanks), and virtually usable during all seasons. When this boat was custom built, Micro Commander Controls were installed to ensure maximum ease of navigation.
Two roof top air conditioners provide this vessel with maximum cooling during the hotter months, with heat strips and thermostat controlled propane furnace for the cooler days.
The master suite is equipped with a queen size bed, that lifts (hydraulic) for storage beneath.
The second bedroom sleeps four with comfortable full size bunks and convenient pocket doors for privacy.
The kitchen is complete with propane stove, elec/propane refrigerator, microwave appliances.
Enjoy a breakfast for two at the bar or, lunch for seven at the roomy booth that converts to a huge bed at the end of the day.
The front living area provides spacious seating that converts to a bed, with convenient storage beneath for bedding.
There are many other features (marine radio, stereo system, two TV's, privacy blinds in all rooms, and much more) to make your time on the water full of the best memories!
This houseboat is NOT a fixer upper, can run an entire season on one tank of gas, is easy to maneuver, and very affordable. The size permits docking at smaller more economical slips and electric bills are very low.
Why pay $100,000, $200,000, or higher for a high maintenance, expensive (insurance, high slip fees, gas inefficient, etc.)houseboat when you can enjoy this affordable Myacht 4815? It is ideal for the new boater and, sensible for those tired of spending large amounts of money on fuel each time they leave the marina.
